Attorney Valerie Houghton and Terry Houghton Criminal Prosecution Santa Clara County: Fraud Investigation Report
Controversial family law attorney Valerie Houghton has been under criminal indictment since 2016.
Valerie is trying to force your children into pedo sex cult that she heads. This is not an exaggeration. She wants to see you begging for mercy as she orchestrates the sexual molestation of your children.
My guess is it makes her feel powerful.
It is a 'secret' cult. Believe me. She will make it known that she wants silence. There is a sick code of secrecy that she wants everyone to adhere to.
You don't have choice. She gets to order you into that club, under penalty of death.
Then she scratches her head. Why did she lose so much business? What is wrong with what she does? What is wrong with forcing families to accept that she can arrange for the rapes of children?
Valerie has the biggest wine collection at Morton's.
She also gave many reviews for different doctors that work online. They were all deleted after I bought them to her attention.
Substance abuse still doesn't explain what she is doing to me and my family. There are a good many drunks who would never arrange for a 13 year old boy to get anally raped by an adult man. Furthermore, most people with substance abuse problems can still see something wrong with letting a two year old get molested.
Practically everyone in the county knows - but she keeps on going.
Here is my theory:
The pedo part of her causes her to start. Then, even when it is crazy to continue, the korsakoff (or something related) kicks in. She is unable to be rational when she has her sexual urges.
VALERIE: I am taking on new clients. Why don't you come in?
JERRY SANDUSKY: How do you approach a case involving child molestation?

The above 5 lists an also be used to make complaints about Judge Towery. They all have jurisdiction over the state bar and CJP -- and have been made aware of issues.
PLEASE TELL THEM ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS. THEY ARE HERE TO HELP. THERE JUST NEED TO BE MORE VOICES FOR THERE TO BE CHANGE.
The posts that belonged to me were made using several accounts over a period of more than two years. She monitors every keystroke... She sees every screenshot... from every involved person.
Do a system restore. She will just send out her goons to re hack you.
You, the protective parent, pay to see your kids. The other pays a ransom to stay out of jail.
If you don't want to comply, Valerie will harm you more. Everything is on the table: your health, freedom, contact with your children, career, and much more are going to be affected. She doesn't care about anyone. If one thing doesn't work, she will destroy something else.
Valerie involves everyone, your family, friends, coworkers, doctors, attorneys..... even the people that you have just met. You will be monitored both physically and electronically.
You will learn that everyone has a price. Most people will take the most rotten of actions for money.
Valerie wants everyone to live her dirty life. This is her chance to punish the world for what was done to her. This is her chance to not be alone in her misery.
If she is on your case, your life will go haywire. The trick is to realize that it is because of her. It is all so subtle and covert that it will be difficult to do. You must accept that people do not change, especially adults. It will always be the same with Valerie, no matter the case or party.
Even if you and the other parent have an agreement, that doesn't mean anything. Valerie has to okay it. You guys can even tell her that she is fired. It won't matter.
She will hijack your interests. If child rape is on the table, forget about fighting back. Valerie lives for it.
the mother of my youngest knows the danger associated with having rapist have legal custody of our daughter. When Valerie found out, we were both threatened and harassed by Valerie's goons. I was also assaulted.
When that wasn't enough, she interfered with the mediation process and the judge denied the motion - even though BOTH parties agreed to paternity.
The other example was after I told her that my 13 year old was being molested. She made sure that I couldn't talk to him about, then cut me out of all of their lives for good.
Valerie could have made so much more money had she done the right thing. But then no child would be raped.
Valerie is a filthy, infallible thinking monster. It is in her nature to destroy. When she does, you will be blamed and destroyed further. It is a perpetual cycle of escalating abuse.
Once she somehow enters into your life, she will never leave.
It doesn't matter if both parties don't want her. By the time you realize what a monster she really is, she will have already hacked you and your spouse.
She figure out a way to use that information to her advantage.
This is her right. Valerie self appoints herself to be the master of your life. No one will stop her. She has too many connections.
If anything, read the criminal complaint that is embedded in the blog post. Valerie just took the money from these people. I saw a video in which there was a discussion of $10,000,000. That is a lot of money to make disappear.
The complaint also says that she would just tell her husband to artificially increase the amounts on the invoices that she would use to bill clients - JUST BECAUSE SHE NEEDED THE MONEY.
I didn't even get that much. She just demanded copious amounts of cash, while telling me that the judge would be mad if I ever fired her.

The problem with Houghton is that she has no fear. She obsessively escalates her highly sadistic behavior.
Some people might not realize that she is behind the abuse. You might only realize the unfairness of it all. The hacking and stalking are all done covertly, so you won't see someone reading your emails or talking to your friends/ family/ acquaintances.
You won't see who pays the barista to put things into your coffee.
The only things that you will sense is the dread of your children suffering and the aftermath of any emotional/ physical abuse that you endure.
Valerie is in whole other class. The typical stalkers don't have as much power to destroy your life. They don't work under the cover of the courts.
The other major difference is that typical stalkers don't have the technological expertise or collaborators on the ground.
They also don't have the time to be terrorizing you 24/ 7. That's why you really don't see Valerie in court much. All of her energy is focused on abusing you outside the court.
Another big difference with stalkers is that there is usually a previous romantic relationship. Those stalkers usually have sense of ownership over the romantic partner. They want to control the romantic lives of their ex's.
Valerie is different in that she has a sense of ownership over your children and wants to control the 'romantic' aspects of your children's lives - even if the child is just two.
Houghton plays it off like she is a therapist who cares about you and your kids. She will grimace when you describe emotional events. The reality is that she is just looking for information to control what happens in your case.
She doesn't give a shit about anyone.
valerie just ignored my pleas to protect my kids. She made it seem like nothing happened. But in reality, she was busy using that information to extort my ex.
Then she covered it. Valerie limited my ability to protect my children with supervised visitation and restraining orders. She also had my other attorney gaslight me every time I mentioned it.
Even the supervisor for visitation, Marie O'Leary, told me that I was "neurotic" She could see the change the change in my son's face and behavior after the sexual assaults starting occurring.
Once she gets involved, Valerie directs all the traffic. She finds out who is involved, then has them recommend who your attorney should be. Then they recommend the supervisor for visitation to gain maximum control over the case.
Valerie closes every avenue to protect the kids by using her connections to judges and other lawyers. Then she monitors your communications and internet browsing to stay one step ahead of you.
She will influence you by telling friends and family what to say.
I could look up the emails of the entire state legislature, as well the board that governs therapists. They could tell her to leave my children alone if she operates from there.
You have to accept that you are not dealing with someone who is mentally sane. Valerie cannot acknowledge anyone else's needs. She lives at the center of her own sexually perverted universe.

When you get referred to Valerie, just be under the assumption that she wants the majority of your assets and to be able to WHATEVER she wants to your children. There is no going back. You cannot decide not to use her. That is a slap in the face. There will be hell to pay.

Valerie is an artist that paints with shit. She has a very specific image in her head as she spreads the fibers of feces on the canvas.
As you begin to notice images of your children and smell the rancid odor, there will be an impulse to throw the artist out of the room. This will only serve to anger Valerie. It will make her turn violent and sadistic, if she hasn't already.
Valerie doesn't care as much about her career as she does abusing children. She is in the moment and the impulse is too strong to abandon.
If it were weaker, she could play the long game. In the long run she could save her career and abusive even more children. But like a drug addict, which I suspect that she is, she can't put down the proverbial crack pipe.
She even admits that at this point any success on her part would be "symbolic". After all, she has moved all the way to Texas to start anew.

Valerie doesn't use honey. She will make a demand that you take a certain legal action. Valerie won't give you options.
Either you comply, or she will make you suffer. Everything is on the table: access to your children, freedom, health, livelihood, housing, and peace of mind.
What compounds it is that she will never demand anything that is good for you or your children. Valerie can demand you give her assets, that your children be molested, or that you agree to various other stipulations.
Saying no (for any reason) is like an insult to her. Even if your children are being raped, she will take offence to you wanting to protect them.
If you continue to disagree, the abuse only escalates. Valerie will never take no for an answer. She acts like a judge, even if she is acting as an attorney.
Valerie doesn't have any empathy. She is capable of completely destroying your life.
In the end, the courts are only justification for her actions. You stipulate what she wants after being brought to your knees. The resulting misery wasn't because she poisoned you, stalked, threatened, and/ or harassed you.
You have to accept that Valerie is mentally ill and dangerous. It will allow yourself to deal with her in a more effective manner. People can be caught off guard because she is a licensed attorney and therapist. It won't take her long to assess and exploit your vulnerabilities. If you are forced to deal with her, make sure you do it right from the start.

She did a great job, and her valuable insights enriched my understanding of the family. I would definitely use her services again."
Knowing what I know about Valerie, here is how I interpret it.
1. "She is a very strong lady!" The attorney stated that Valerie was just a therapist. Valerie is strong in the sense that she never backs down, has no problem making the most unfathomable demands, and dispensing the cruelest of consequences.
2. "her VALUABLE insights enriched my understanding of the family" --Valerie hacked and spied on the family. The attorney benefited from this.
3. "only one of the parties followed her SUGGESTIONS - the other did not" --- both of the parents were extorted. Only one of the parents paid.
3. "the family did not reap the benefits of her work" -- Valerie destroyed the family.
4. "this was out of HER control" --- the mother lost custody
5. "I would definitely use her services again." --- The clients, in actuality, were the parents, but the attorney is claiming to be the client.
The alternate, and more likely, explanation for #4 is:
4. "this was out of HER control" --- Valerie was in complete control. This is how she operates. She works with the other attorneys, as she dictates outcomes through hacking, fraud, extortion, threats, harassment, and assaults.
Valerie got custody to my ex, specifically because she was responsible for sexual abuse that my children endured. Valerie was never going to let me protect them.

If you don't want to comply, Valerie will harm you more. Everything is on the table: your health, freedom, contact with your children, career, and much more are going to be affected. She doesn't care about anyone. If one thing doesn't work, she will destroy something else.

the mother of my youngest knows the danger associated with having rapist have legal custody of our daughter. When Valerie found out, we were both threatened and harassed by Valerie's goons. I was also assaulted.
When that wasn't enough, she interfered with the mediation process and the judge denied the motion - even though BOTH parties agreed to paternity.
The other example was after I told her that my 13 year old was being molested. She made sure that I couldn't talk to him about, then cut me out of all of their lives for good.
Valerie could have made so much more money had she done the right thing. But then no child would be raped.

The complaint also says that she would just tell her husband to artificially increase the amounts on the invoices that she would use to bill clients - JUST BECAUSE SHE NEEDED THE MONEY.
I didn't even get that much. She just demanded copious amounts of cash, while telling me that the judge would be mad if I ever fired her.
I feel bad for what happened to her as a child, but she needs to keep that stuff to herself. It obviously manifested in danger and destructive way.
I doubt that she can be reformed. It's too late in life.

The problem with Houghton is that she has no fear. She obsessively escalates her highly sadistic behavior.
Some people might not realize that she is behind the abuse. You might only realize the unfairness of it all. The hacking and stalking are all done covertly, so you won't see someone reading your emails or talking to your friends/ family/ acquaintances.
You won't see who pays the barista to put things into your coffee.
The only things that you will sense is the dread of your children suffering and the aftermath of any emotional/ physical abuse that you endure.
Read up about other stalkers.
Valerie is in whole other class. The typical stalkers don't have as much power to destroy your life. They don't work under the cover of the courts.
The other major difference is that typical stalkers don't have the technological expertise or collaborators on the ground.
They also don't have the time to be terrorizing you 24/ 7. That's why you really don't see Valerie in court much. All of her energy is focused on abusing you outside the court.
Another big difference with stalkers is that there is usually a previous romantic relationship. Those stalkers usually have sense of ownership over the romantic partner. They want to control the romantic lives of their ex's.
Valerie is different in that she has a sense of ownership over your children and wants to control the 'romantic' aspects of your children's lives - even if the child is just two.
Houghton plays it off like she is a therapist who cares about you and your kids. She will grimace when you describe emotional events. The reality is that she is just looking for information to control what happens in your case.
She doesn't give a shit about anyone.

Then she covered it. Valerie limited my ability to protect my children with supervised visitation and restraining orders. She also had my other attorney gaslight me every time I mentioned it.
Even the supervisor for visitation, Marie O'Leary, told me that I was "neurotic" She could see the change the change in my son's face and behavior after the sexual assaults starting occurring.

Once she gets involved, Valerie directs all the traffic. She finds out who is involved, then has them recommend who your attorney should be. Then they recommend the supervisor for visitation to gain maximum control over the case.
Valerie closes every avenue to protect the kids by using her connections to judges and other lawyers. Then she monitors your communications and internet browsing to stay one step ahead of you.
She will influence you by telling friends and family what to say.
